2014 Noble Red Shiraz

Outstanding impenetrable inky black purple colour with a deep dark purple hue. Dark plum, ripe dark cherry and liquorice aromas emerge from the glass over some vanillin oak with spicy end notes. Big rich and layered the palate is stacked with mouthfilling flavours of liquorice, blackberry and dark plum intermixed with spicy vanillin oak concluding with a good dose of pepper on the finish. Solid firmly built tannins impart some chewiness to the otherwise opulent mouthfeel. Long aftertaste of ripe blackberries, liquorice, vanillin cedar and blackpepper.
Drink over the next 4-5 years.
