Brilliant pale straw colour with a very distinctive greenish tinge around the edges and a watery hue. Delicate aromas of citrus, green apple and pear are followed by a hint of mandarin and mineral. Light and refreshing the palate has flavours of lime, green apple and mandarin with citrusy mineral infusions on the bright snappy finish. Aftertaste of lime, mandarin and citrusy mineral.
