Brilliant pale straw colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. The nose opens with grassy asparagus top notes followed by some gooseberry, citrus and lightly spiced herbs. Possessing good fruit richness the palate has flavours of ripe gooseberries interspersed with herbaceous grassy characters and spicy asparagus. Fullish textural feel with clean crisp acidity and a long aftertaste of herbaceous gooseberries, citrus, grassy asparagus and spice.
