2014 Mr Riggs The Magnet Grenache

Deep dark red colour with black tinged edges and a dark red hue. Fragrantly scented dark raspberry, plum and subtle liquorice aromas rise from the glass followed by earthy incense like infusions and spice. Medium bodied juicy dark raspberry and plum flavours dominate over some liquorice and slightly earthy vanillin cedar with a spicy finish. Velvet smooth tannins with some brightness to the acidity. Long aftertaste of spice, dark raspberries, plum, liquorice, vanillin cedar and subtle earth. An excellent Grenache that’s full of succulent red and black fruits with a velvety mouthfeel and bright spicy finish.
Drink over the next 4-5 years.
