Certified organic. Brilliant very pale straw almost water like colour with a distinctive greenish tinge around the edges and a watery hue. The nose reveals scents of lime and citrus as top notes followed by some orange rind and mineral. Mouth watering flavours of lime and citrus embrace the palate followed by orange rind and mineral showing excellent concentration. Zesty finish with a long lime, citrus, orange rind and mineral aftertaste.
