Sourced from McLaren Vale & Langhorne Creek this is a blend of 72% Shiraz, 14% Cabernet and 14% Merlot. Totally opaque black dark red colour with a very deep dark red hue. Heady aromas of dark plum, cassis and liquorice are followed by toasty vanillin oak and spice. Full, rich and voluptuous, mouthfilling flavours of ripe dark plums, cassis and liquorice overlay a background of spicy toasty oak. Long aftertaste of liquorice, dark plum, cassis and toasty oak.
