A blend of 70% Cabernet Sauvignon and 30% Merlot matured in French oak for 16 months.
Opaque black dark red colour with a deep dark red hue. Lifted ripe blackcurrant top notes overlay mulberry, cedary tobacco characters, earth and spice. Medium bodied the palate has good richness with flavours of ripe blackcurrant intermixed with dark mulberry, tobacco, earth and spicy cedar. Dryish finish with a solidly built yet well integrated tannin structure. Aftertaste of ripe blackcurrant, cedary tobacco characters and spicy earth.
