Brilliant water like colour with a faint greenish tinge around the outskirts and a watery hue. Intense aromas of herbaceous ripe gooseberries alongside a touch of passionfruit are overlaid by grassy asparagus characters and citrus. Zesty and concentrated, flavours of gooseberries and passionfruit are followed by grassy herbaceous characters with bracing citrusy mineral infused acidity on the finish. Long aftertaste of gooseberry, passionfruit, herbaceous characters and citrusy mineral.
