Deep dark red colour with black tinged edges and a bright dark red hue. Prominent blackpepper aromas mingle with red fruits, dried meats and spicy earth. Light to medium weight and elegant this pepper infused Shiraz also has flavours of red fruits, hints of liquorice, dried meats and spicy earth. Dry finish with gritty tannins showing some grip. Concludes with blackpepper, dried meats, subtle red fruits and spicy earth.
