2014 M.Chapoutier Tournon Lady's Lane Vineyard Heathcote Shiraz

Outstanding depth of colour displaying a saturated inky black core with a deep bright dark red black hue. Pronounced ripe black cherry top notes meld into liquorice and toasty vanillin oak with earth and blackpepper also evident. Full in body, rich black cherry and liquorice flavours swamp the mouth with an undercard of toasty vanillin oak, earth and pepper. Ripe chewy tannins. Aftertaste of black cherries, liquorice, scorched earth, vanillin oak and blackpepper.
