2014 Louis Max Beaucharme Bourgogne Pinot Noir

Semi translucent dark red colour with a light red hue. A combination of red and sour cherry aromas intermixed with earthy dried meat characters greet the nose with underlying spicy cedar notes. Lightly weighted with a supple mouthfeel, the palate features an elegant flavour profile of red and sour cherries over a backdrop of some meatiness, earthy cedar and spice. Finishes fresh with finely grained tannins. Moderate aftertaste of red and sour cherries, subtle earthy cedar and spice.
