Brilliant very pale straw almost water like colour with the faintest of greenish tinges around the outskirts and a watery hue. Lively fresh lime and lemon aromas are followed by some green apple and talcy mineral. Light in weight, lean and racy the palate features fresh lime and lemon flavours over a touch of crunchy green apple and mineral with a dry steely finish. Aftertaste of lime, lemon and steely mineral.
