Brilliant very pale straw almost water like colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. The nose displays aromas of ripe lime, red apple and subtle tropical fruits overlaid by orange blossom and a hint of tropical fruits. Fresh and vibrant the palate has flavours of tropical fruits, honeysuckle, ripe lime and orange blossom. Off dry finish with crisp acidity. Medium to long aftertaste of tropical fruits, honeysuckle, red apple and fresh ripe lime.
