Brilliant very pale straw watery colour with a distinctive greenish tinge around the outskirts and a watery hue. The nose exhibits lime and green apple top notes followed by some citrus and talc. Racy and concentrated the palate features mouthfilling lime and citrus flavours over a touch of orange, talc and mineral. Clean dry finish with crunchy acidity. Long lemon, lime, talc and mineral aftertaste.
