Brilliant pale straw colour with a watery hue. Fresh lemon and lime aromas are interrupted by some oily toastiness followed by orange rind and spice. The palate has good concentration with flavours of lime and citrus intermixed with toasty kerosene characters and spice. Clean dry finish with crisp acidity providing excellent structure. Long lime, citrus, toast, light kerosene and spice aftertaste.
