Pronounced aromatics of blackberry, liquorice and dark plum waft from the glass underscored by vanillin cedar, confectionary and subtle peppered earth end notes. Rich, refined and supple the palate sports a delicious flavour profile of blackberries, liquorice and dark plums over vanillin cedar, confectionary and spice. Despite its richness and power it comes across with a sense of elegant finesse. Perfectly integrated, velvety tannins. Long conclusion of dark plums, blackberries, liquorice, spicy vanillin oak and confectionary.
