Opaque dark red black colour with a dark red hue. Ripe blackcurrant and choc mint aromas overlay some earth, vanillin cedar and spice. Medium to full bodied, earthy stewed fruit flavours intermix with blackcurrant and hints of choc mint followed by vanillin cedar and spice. Slightly dryish on the finish with fine grained tannins. Aftertaste of earthy stewed fruits, choc mint, vanillin cedar and spice.
