Totally opaque black core with a deep dark red black tinged hue. Lifted liquorice and ripe blackberry aromas marry into vanillin cedar, confectionary and pepper notes. Medium bodied flavours of liquorice, dark raspberries, vanillin confectionary and spice lack any real complexity or depth. Concludes with bright acidity, soft fine grained tannins and a modest aftertaste of dark raspberries, liquorice, vanillin confectionary and spice.
