Brilliant water like colour with a faint tinge of green around the edges and a watery hue. Fresh pear and apple scents are followed by some citrus with faint mineral end notes. Crunchy pear and apple flavours are followed by some light mineral. Clean crisp dry finish with an aftertaste of fresh pear, apple and mineral. A light fresh Gris that’s more Pinot Grigio like.
