2014 Knight Granite Hills Riesling

Made from 40 year old vines, this Riesling displays a bright pale straw colour with a slight tinge of green around the edges and a watery hue. Aromas of lime and citrus meld into some toasty kerosene characters with faint spice end notes. The palate has flavours of lime and citrus built around a steely mineral infused core with toast and light kerosene characters emerging on the dry zesty finish. Crisp acidity with a tightly focused mouthfeel. Aftertaste of lime, lemon, toasty kerosene characters and steely mineral.
