Opaque black dark red colour with a dark red hue. Lifted aromas of blackcurrant and liquorice delicately infused with mint overlay vanillin cedar and light spicy tobacco notes. Medium weight the palate possesses generous blackcurrant and liquorice fruits with an overlay of bay leaf and following cedary tobacco and spicy dried herb characters. Dryish finish with well structured but also finely integrated tannins. Aftertaste of blackcurrant, bay leaf infusions, spicy cedar, a touch of dried herbs and tobacco.
