Brilliant very pale straw colour with a light greenish tinge around the edges and a watery hue. Intense aromas of lime, citrus and orange rind bounce off one another with some underlying minerality. Mouthfilling flavours of lime and citrus dominate followed by orange rind with some steely mineral and bracing acidity on the finish. Excellent concentration. Long aftertaste of lime, citrus, orange rind and steely mineral.
