Certified organic. Totally opaque black dark red colour with a deep dark red black hue. Pronounced ripe blackberry, liquorice and dark plum aromas sit over a background of vanillin oak and spicy pepper. Plump and juicy, rich blackberry and liquorice flavours are to the fore followed by some dark plum, toasty vanillin oak and pepper. Chewy opulent mouthfeel with a sturdy tannin structure providing some dryness and slight grip to the finish. Medium to long peppery aftertaste of ripe blackberries, liquorice and toasty vanillin oak.
