Brilliant pale straw colour with a slight greenish tinge around the edges and a watery hue. Nosing reveals delicate white peach and nectarine top notes with traces of gun flint, faint biscuity cashew and spice also evident. Fresh and medium bodied with a good textural feel that will only be enhanced with bottle age. The palate features flavours of delicate white peach intermeshed with flinty match stick notes, biscuit, subtle cashew and mineral. Clean dry finish with a conclusion of delicate white peach, flinty matchstick notes, biscuit and mineral.
