2014 Hickinbotham Clarendon Vineyard Trueman Cabernet Sauvignon

Dense pitch black at its core with a deep dark red black hue. Pronounced ripe blackcurrant aromas sail out of the glass with dark plum, subtle liquorice, cedary tobacco characters, earthy black olive and spicy dried herb notes also present. Rich blackcurrant and dark plum fruits engulf the full bodied palate with elements of liquorice, cedary tobacco characters, black olive, dried herbs and spice sitting underneath. Sturdy and firm with ripe tannins providing ample structure. Excellent depth with a long ripe blackcurrant driven aftertaste.
