Opaque dark red black colour with a very dark red hue. Aromas of lightly stewed plum, blackcurrant, liquorice and mint emerge with spicy vanillin cedar end notes. Medium weight the palate has flavours of earthy blackcurrant and plum over some liquorice, faint vanillin cedar and spicy bay leaf. Slightly dryish finish with very finely grained tannins. Aftertaste of plum, liquorice, subtle vanillin cedar and spicy bay leaf.
