2014 Glenlofty Estate Shiraz

This Shiraz also has small inclusions of Cabernet Sauvignon (5%) and Viognier (2%). Impenetrable black as night core with a deep black purple hue. Lifted black cherry and liquorice top notes overlay black plum and toasty vanillin oak with blackpepper end notes. Full bodied the palate is filled with black fruit flavours of black cherries, liquorice and black plum over toasty vanillin cedar and spicy pepper. Firm dry finish, the tannins providing some grip. Medium to long aftertaste of ripe black cherries, liquorice, toasty vanillin oak and blackpepper.
