Brilliant pale straw colour with bright pale gold edges and a watery hue. Lifted ripe apricot top notes meld into some honey, lemon butter and spice. Rich and concentrated the palate has mouthfilling flavours of honeyed apricot and ripe sweet peaches over marmalade and a touch of lemon butter. Clean finish with sufficient acidity for short term cellaring. Aftertaste of honeyed apricots and peaches, some marmalade and light spice.
