2014 Forest Hill Vineyard Estate Riesling

Brilliant watery colour with a faint greenish tinge around the outskirts. Fresh lemon and lime aromas intermixed with green apple are followed by some light toast and flinty mineral. Racy palate flavours of freshly squeezed limes, lemon and green apple cut their way across the palate with razor sharp precision. Steely dry finish with crunchy acidity and nuances of light toast and steely mineral ensuing. Aftertaste of freshly squeezed lemon and lime, some toast infusions and steely mineral.
