Brilliant pale straw colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. Scented aromas of white peach intermixed with flinty struck matchstick characters are followed by some lightly honeyed cashew, biscuity oak and spice notes. Medium bodied the palate is filled rich white peach, struck match stick characters, honeyed cashew, roasted almonds and spice flavours. Clean dry finish with good fresh acidity. Long aftertaste of white peaches laced with dried honey, struck match stick characters, roasted almonds and spice.
