2014 Eugenio Collavini Pinot Grigio

Brilliant pale straw colour with a watery hue. Fresh Jonathan apple and citrus scents overlay some light stony notes with subtle dried herb nuances also present. Light and dry the palate has a stony textural feel with flavours of dried apples, citrus, dried hay and subtle spice evident. Very dry finish with fresh acidity. Aftertaste of dried apple, wet stone, dried hay and faint spice.
