A true Edradour novelty. Matured in first-fill Sauvignon Blanc casks from Italy’s esteemed Michael Eppan winery. The resulting whisky sounds intriguing. Think aromas and flavours of white peach and vanilla cream with a refreshing winey crispness. Others note stone fruits and pear drops and black pepper. One for the curious and adventurous. 1623 bottles produced at 48.2% Alc./Vol. Non chill filtered. Very limited stocks.
