Brilliant water like colour with a faint greenish tinge around the edges and a watery hue. Lifted lemon and lime top notes are followed by some green apple and faint mandarin notes. Featuring razor sharp acidity the palate has flavours of ripe limes and mandarins over some lemon and steely mineral. Sharp acid finish with an aftertaste of freshly squeezed lemon and lime juice along with steely mineral.
