Brilliant water like colour with a distinctive light green tinge around the outskirts and a watery hue. Showing excellent intensity a mix of passionfruit, ripe gooseberry and green apple scents arise from the glass with underlying hints of herbaceous capsicum like characters and citrus. Vibrant and fresh the palate features concentrated flavours of passionfruit and herbaceous gooseberry over some citrus, asparagus and light capsicum. Crisp crunchy acid finish with a long persistent aftertaste of passionfruit, herbaceous gooseberry, asparagus and light capsicum.
