2014 Delatite High Ground Sauvignon Blanc

Brilliant very pale straw colour with a slight tinge of green around the edges and a watery hue. Aromas of fresh herbs, lime and green apple are followed by some citrus and light herbaceous characters. The palate has a nice textural feel and fresh dry finish featuring flavours of pears, ripe lime and citrus followed by some spicy herbs. Clean crisp acidity. Aftertaste of fresh pears, lime and spicy herbs.
