2014 De Iuliis Shiraz

Opaque dark purple black colour with a bright purple hue. Freshly crushed berry aromas merge with a hint of liquorice, pen ink, earth and spice. Medium bodied, fruity and possessing an inky mouthfeel the palate has freshly crushed dark berry flavours alongside some liquorice, vanillin cedar and a touch of spicy earth. Very fine grained tannins. Bright fresh acidity with an aftertaste of crushed berries, liquorice, vanillin cedar, faint earth and pepper.
Cellar 4-5 years.
