Brilliant pale straw colour with flecks of green around the edges and a watery hue. The nose displays nectarine and grapefruit aromas over some faint biscuity oak and flinty mineral. Light and fresh the palate has flavours of nectarine and grapefruit followed by some biscuity cashew like characters and spice with a slight creaminess forming on the back palate. Dry finish with bright acidity and an aftertaste of nectarine, grapefruit, biscuity oak and spice.
