Deep dark red colour with a bright brick red hue. Nosing reveals ripe dark cherry and spicy stewed fruit aromas followed by some cedar and tobacco notes. Medium bodied the palate has flavours of ripe dark cherries mixed in with some stewed fruit characters over a background of vanillin cedar and spice. Fine grained tannins and soft acidity. Aftertaste of stewed fruits, vanillin cedar and spice.
