2014 Curatolo Arini Paccamora Syrah

Opaque dark purple black colour with a bright dark purple hue. On the nose lifted liquorice and black cherry aromas combine over some inky earth like characters and spicy vanillin cedar. Medium bodied and quite generous the palate possesses juicy flavours of blackberries and liquorice with an undercurrent of earthy vanillin cedar and spice. There’s good flesh to the mouthfeel with a touch of firmness to the fine grained tannins. Aftertaste of ripe blackberries, blueberries, liquorice, earthy vanillin cedar and spice.
