Brilliant straw colour with a watery hue. Aromas of pear and a touch of dried honey are followed by dried herbs, grassy citrus and light spicy cedar end notes. Light zippy citrus and herbaceous grassy characters greet the palate overlaying fresh herbs and subtle spicy pencil shaving characters. Fresh vibrant finish with crisp acidity. Aftertaste of citrus, fresh herb infusions, some grassiness and faint pencil shaving characters.
