A blend of 74% Merlot, 20% Cabernet Sauvignon and 6% Cabernet Franc. Totally opaque black dark red colour with a deep dark red black tinged hue. Intense black cherry and blackcurrant aromas are interwoven with cigar box, scorched earth, black olive and spicy tobacco notes. Medium bodied the palate features a mix of ripe red and blackcurrant fruits which are underpinned by cigar box, scorched earth and spicy dried herb elements. Elegantly structured, fine grained tannins combine with good freshness. Medium length conclusion.
