Brilliant water like colour with a light greenish tinge around the edges and a watery hue. Aromas of lime and fresh Jonathan apple are overlaid by a hint of honeysuckle with citrus end notes. Light and refreshing the palate has flavours of lime and citrus intermixed with some light honeysuckle followed by a trace of mineral. Clean crisp dry finish. Aftertaste of lime, citrus and honeysuckle.
