2014 Bowen Estate Coonawarra Cabernet Sauvignon

Totally opaque inky black core showing excellent colour saturation with a deep bright dark red black hue. Nosing reveals pronounced blackcurrant, black cherry and liquorice aromas over black olive, cedary cigar box characters and spice. Full and rich with excellent underlying structure the palate features mouthfilling flavours of ripe blackcurrant, black cherries and liquorice followed by black olive infusions, cedary cigar box characters and spice. Tightly wound with a dry chewy finish and firm robust tannin structure. Long blackcurrant, black olive, cigar box and spice.
