Produced from Cabernet grapes using the Saignee technique. Translucent cherry red colour. The nose displays aromas of ripe strawberries and blackcurrant juice followed by some musk and confectionary. Supple and round in the mouth with a soft acid finish the palate has moderately concentrated flavours of ripe strawberries and red cherries with some musk infusions and light spice. Aftertaste of ripe strawberries, red cherries and subtle musk.
