2013 Yarram Creek by Banks Road Pinot Noir

Semi translucent dark crimson red colour with a crimson red hue. Lifted ripe dark cherry and strawberry aromas are followed by some plum with underlying spicy cedar. Light to medium weight with fruity ripe cherry and strawberry flavours dominate over some light meatiness and spicy cedar. Supple mouthfeel with velvety tannins and a medium to long aftertaste of ripe cherry, strawberry, subtle meaty cedar and spice. A well made, fruity, supplely textured entry level Pinot.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
