Brilliant pale straw colour with a watery hue. Aromas of cashew and biscuit are intermixed with toasty oak whilst grapefruit and citrus scents are also present. Fresh and lively grapefruit and citrus flavours are to the fore overlaid by some light cashew and toasty characters with a touch of minerality on the finish. Clean and dry with a light elegant mouthfeel, the wine concludes with bright acidity and an aftertaste of citrus, biscuity oak, cashew and mineral.
