Brilliant straw colour with a watery hue. The nose exhibits aromas of ripe pears, honeysuckle and musk with spice end notes. Rich and luscious the palate possesses mouthfilling ripe pear, honeycomb, Jonathan apple and subtle ginger flavours with a dry spicy finish. Good fresh acidity with a medium to long aftertaste of ripe pears, honeycomb and ginger spice.
