Brilliant very pale straw colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. Aromas of pear, citrus and white peach are overlaid by biscuity cashew, faint nougat and spice. Light across the palate and elegantly textured there are flavours of white peach and citrus present over a background of delicate biscuity cashew and spice. Clean dry finish. Aftertaste of delicate white peach, cashew, subtle nougat and spice.
