Opaque dark red black colour with a bright dark red hue. Aromas of black cherries and liquorice are overlaid by dried meats and blackpepper. Medium bodied the palate has generous black cherry and liquorice flavours that are infused with dried meats and blackpepper over a backdrop of spicy vanillin cedar. Dryish finish with fine grained tannins. Aftertaste of spicy black cherries, liquorice, dried meats, vanillin cedar and blackpepper.
