Brilliant very pale straw almost water like colour with greenish tinged edges and watery hue. The nose offers up green apple and lime top notes followed by some honeysuckle and citrus. Nicely textured the palate is dominated by vibrant lime flavours followed by some orange blossom, apple and citrus. Clean crisp medium dry finish with aftertaste of ripe lime, red apple, orange blossom and honeysuckle.
